Dmin equation - use new equation from Small & Margolis paper
	current equation: Dmin=(Fb*Vd)^0.5 (from Small's original paper)
	new equation: Dmin=20*Vd^0.5/Fb^0.25

Box calculator:
driver volume can be more accurately modeled by a cylinder and cone rather
	than just a cone
?driver volume can be estimated by equation:
	V of driver in cu. ft. ~  6E-6 * d^4
	where d is the advertised diameter of the driver in inches
	(need to verify this)

Miscellaneous:
piston diameter estimated as 0.83 * driver diameter, doesn't always work
should distinguish between linear and maximum xmax (although most spec
	sheets don't)
