Jackie is invited to look after his Uncle's apartment in New York while the uncle is away on his honeymoon. While befriending the young woman who purchased his Uncle's store he becomes a personal target of a gang of moto-cross punks. Meanwhile the woman's parapalegic son accidentally gets a major drug shipment hidden in his wheelchair.
A unique chance to get a Hong Kong view of America -- except that since it was filmed in Vancouver BC it's hard to stop noticing the mountains across from NY harbor. The violence in this film seemed a little more harsh than Jackie's usual recent releases, while at the same time being more cartoonish.
Watch for refrigerator-fu, bottle baseball, and a frenetic hovercraft chase. Jackie filmed most of the second half of the movie with a broken foot!
