Don't be fooled by the title. This film may have been released in the US after Rumble in the Bronx, but it was really made during the era of the Bruce Lee knockoffs. The title is new, but the credits are old.
Jackie plays an extortionist who likes to beat up his clients. He dies halfway through the movie.
