Bidding Instructions

To submit a bid by fax or email...

1. After downloading the catalog from the website, print out the bid sheet on page 3.
2. Please make sure to read the TERMS OF SALE as set forth in the catalog.
3. Fill in your name, telephone, address, and your references (for new bidders).
4. List your lots and the bid amounts.
5. Sign the form in the box provided, or if emailing your bids, please fax or mail a hard copy with your signature.
6. Mail, fax (503-226-1211), or email (heinro@agora.rdrop.com), the sheet(s) to Heinrich Stamp Auctions.
   MAIL, TELEPHONE AND FAX BIDS NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY
   5pm (Pacific Daylight Time) on Nov. 11, 2006.

Minimum bid, per lot is $5 USD.  A 10% buyers premium will be placed on all bids won. We do not accept credit cards at this time. Payment must be made by personal check, money order, or bank draft.
